It's hard to believe Thanksgiving has already come and gone. We chose not to travel this year but to stay home and make days worth of food. I made dressing from scratch for the first time, and I am a convert. It was so much better than the boxed stuff. I used this recipe here and put it into 4 smaller pans, two of which I froze. I also made rolls from scratch, but didn't feel like they got a good rise, probably because it was so cold when we made them. Tommy had no complaints though.
